The owners of PrestaShop. Now hosting in France.

cyber_Folks is the European group that owns PrestaShop, the open-source e-commerce platform born in Paris in 2007. We already host and power 700,000+ businesses, and now we are bringing that expertise to France.

Since February 2026, cyber_Folks has owned 100% of PrestaShop, the open-source platform born in Paris in 2007 that powers a large share of French online stores. We bought it because we use and host it every day, not to replace it.

PrestaShop stays open source. We invest in the core, the add-ons marketplace and the partner ecosystem, alongside Sylius and BitBag, two teams that build open-source commerce.

The community keeps a voice in where the platform goes.
