For a PrestaShop store, as for any online store, the two factors that matter most are performance and security. Most hosting providers offer enough functionality to run PrestaShop, so what really sets them apart is how well they handle those two.

It’s a set of solutions that speed up your store, including fast NVMe drives, LiteSpeed Web Server with the LSCache plugin, and a store plugin that lets you easily optimize your settings, database, and images.

cyber_Boost combines hardware and software components. On the hardware side, we rely on fast Intel Xeon processors, but the biggest impact on your store’s speed comes from fast NVMe drives running in a RAID 10 array.

Beyond hardware, the biggest differences are in data protection and support. Your database is backed up every 6 hours instead of once a day, and robo_Folks, our AI assistant, helps you diagnose issues, configure services, and work on your store’s code. On top of that, cyber_Boost includes a PrestaShop plugin for optimizing your settings, database, and images.

Data protection in a PrestaShop store works much like in any other system: it’s worth looking at several layers of security.

The first layer is the RAID 10 array, which means data is written simultaneously to multiple drives (four, in our case). This setup delivers very high performance combined with resilience to the physical failure of one drive—or even two, as long as they’re in different pairs.

The second layer is backups. They’re stored on a completely separate device, so your data can be restored even after a more serious failure.
